10.00am - 5.00pm    Charity Table Top Sale with hot drinks and snacks and
Licensed Bar in the RNLI Marquee.

2.00pm - 4.00pm    Bude Metric Brass play outside Marquee.

7.00pm for 7.30pm - 10.30pm    Quiz and Music Night with Friggin' Riggin'
and "The Next Generation" Quizmasters (Licensed Bar).

Sunday 29th August

2.00pm - 4.00pm  Children's disco with fun and games in the RNLI Marquee.
All children to be accompanied by an adult throughout the period and all
adults are to be accompanied by a child.


8.00pm - 11.00pm    Concert with Wadebridge Male Voice Choir and Liskerett
Male Voice Choir - Master of Ceremonies Adrian Wilton (Licensed Bar, hot
drinks and snacks throughout the evening).

Come and join in the fun on the Canal for the BARNES CUP traditional rowing
races.  Open to all.  Sign on from 9.30am at BOB'S BOATHOUSE, £1.00 entry
fee.
10.00am - 5.00pm  Coffee and Lifeboat Guild Stalls in the Marquee on the
Castle Lawns.
10.45am - 12 noon  Search and Rescue Demonstration - All Weather Lifeboat,
Bude Lifeboat, Rescue Watercraft, Beach Lifeguards and Helicopter off
Summerleaze Beach.
11.00am until Fireworks  Barbeque on the Wharf and Licensed Bar in the
Marquee.
12 noon - 1.00pm  Bude Metric Brass play in the Bandstand.
12 noon - 4.00pm  Face Painting in the Castle Grounds.
12.30pm - 1.30pm  Pasty Competition at the Brendon Arms.
1.30pm  Judging of Pasties at the Brendon Arms followed by Pasty Auction.
1.30pm - 3.00pm  Lifeboat Singers Entertain on the Brendon Lawns.
2.00pm - 5.00pm  Canoe Polo Tournament on the Canal by the Museum.
2.30pm  Capsize Drill in the Canal Basin.
2.30pm - 5.00pm  Cream Teas and Lifeboat Guild stalls in the Marquee
Entertained by Dick and Anne Dingle "A Bit o' Luck".
3.00pm  Lobster Draw.
3.00pm  Kids' Fun Time Treasure Hunt on Summerleaze Beach.
3.00pm - 4.00pm  Bude Metric Brass play on Bark House Green.
4.00pm  Bideford Pipe Band march through the Castle Grounds and then play
beside the Bude Light and then march to the Canal in time for...
4.30pm  Capsize Drill in the Canal Basin.
6.00pm  The Rotary International Duck Race on the River finishing at (or
starting from) the Weir.
6.30pm - 8.00pm  Family Disco in the Marquee.
7.00pm Hogroast and Barbeque on the Wharf.
7.00pm - 8.00pm  Friggin' Riggin' entertain on the Falcon Lawns.
7.00pm onwards  Nautical Assault Course and Races on Bude Canal for the
"Wings" Colwill Trophy.
8.00pm - 10.00pm Family Evening in the Marquee and on the Castle Lawns
dancing to Blue Slate.
9.30pm  Grand Firework Finale viewed from the Castle Grounds followed by
retiring collection.
